Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with a Phase Three beer to complement. Phase Three Brewing is located in Lake Zurich!
 
The evening begins with Salmon Tartare & Bacon & Blue Cheese Crostini  paired with So Ripe Fruited Sour Ale, followed by Tempura Rice Bowl paired  with P3 Japanese Rice Lager, Korean Short Ribs with Grilled Pear paired with  True Colors Hazy Pale Ale, and ends with a Peanut Butter & Jelly Bread  Pudding paired with P3 Amber Ale. Steven Vasquez, Phase Three Account Manager, will join us to discuss the evenings pairings. Dinner begins at  6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in.
