Event Description
Join us for a custom 4 course men paired with a Great Lakes brew to complement. The evening begins with Swiss-German Cheese Fondue & Königsberger Meatballs paired with Midwest IPA, followed by Chicken Schnitzel paired with Eliot Ness Amber Lager, Krusten braten Roast Pork paired with Oktoberfest and ends with a German Cheesecake paired with Edmund Fitzgerald Porter. Brad Wermager, Director of Wine & Spirits, will join us to discuss the cocktails. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.
$80 per person plus tax, gratuity and 2% event fee.
