Stepping Out to Fitness

Elderwerks 90-day fitness challenge is for anyone who wants to improve their health and have fun while doing it. Log your preferred exercise on the fitness log. Any exercise is allowable and can include running, jumping, stretching, steps, miles, weights, yoga, and more!
Starting in May, complete your log, marking off the days you exercise with a description of the exercise, and number of reps, steps, miles, etc. At the end of each month, mail, or drop-off the card to be entered for the monthly drawing. Do a 30-day cycle or join all three months!
This FREE 90-day challenge is designed for all fitness levels. There is no limit to the number of participants. The first 100 registrants to sign up will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag!
