Schaumburg Park Foundation is seeking food and drink vendors for the 2023 Solstice Hop & Vine Fest on Saturday, June 17 at The Sport Center, Schaumburg Park District’s indoor athletic facility! The event will take place from 5-8 p.m. and will feature wine, beer and/or food from local businesses.

As part of the admission fee, attendees will be given a commemorative glass with 2 and 5 ounce pour lines and 20 food/drink tickets (each ticket is worth $1). Vendors decide how many tickets they would like to charge for their pours/food items. Attendees can purchase additional food/drink tickets at the event. All proceeds from ticket sales will be split with the Schaumburg Park Foundation, with your check being issued the week after the event. The Foundation provides recreation scholarships for children and families in need, and all funds raised at this event will support these programs. In addition to serving food and drinks, vendors will also have the opportunity to sell packages directly to attendees.

Tables, chairs and ice will be provided. We are capping attendance at 500 guests and will be limiting the number of vendors.

Participating in this event is a great way to promote your business and support a worthy cause. Your business name will be featured on all marketing materials, including social media promotions, the Foundation website and emails promoting the event.
