Crack into Lobster Festival at Shaw’s  Schaumburg from August 15 – September 7!
 

For 25 years, we have been known for serving the best of the season, sourcing  the highest-quality oysters and seafood in Schaumburg. So it’s a summer treat  for us to come up with fun and delicious ways every summer to crack into your  favorite crustacean, including Lobster Maki Roll, Lobster Fritters, Lobster  Risotto and more.
 
New this year, enjoy a three-course Lobster Boil! Start with your choice of  Lobster Bisque or Caesar Salad, followed by a 1.5-lb. Maine Lobster Boil  served with sweet corn, red potatoes and coleslaw. Finish your meal with your  choice of Key Lime Pie or Chocolate Cake. This delicious summer feast is  available for $95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
 
Head to the Shaw’s Schaumburg Oyster Bar on Labor Day for the final day of  Lobster Festival, featuring live music from the Donny Nichilo Band from  4:00–7:00 PM.
