Shaw’s Crab House welcomes wines from Stags’ Leap Winery on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Concept Wine Director Kevin Bratt and Executive Sous Chef Juvenal Reyes will craft a seasonal, seafood-focused menu thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Stags’ Leap wines. We are honored to host Dan Heberer, Treasury Luxury Sales Manager, as our esteemed guest of honor and speaker for the evening.
 
The dinner is $175 per person plus tax (gratuity not included). The experience will start at 6:00PM with a passed drinks & appetizer reception with dinner following promptly at 6:30PM. Dinner will be hosted in the Club Room at Shaw’s Crab House Schaumburg.
