Schaumburg Township is Hiring – Deaf Services Program Specialist

Schaumburg Township is hiring a part-time Deaf Services Program Specialist to coordinate programs and services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing residents. Responsibilities include  planning social/support groups, organizing community events, creating  accessible media content and managing the Deaf Services Facebook page.
 
Requirements: Fluency in ASL, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in community engagement or program coordination preferred.  Hours are 8:30am-3:15pm, Monday-Friday (some flexibility).
