Mindfulness - A Beginner’s Journey

This six-week course from Wednesday, January 18 - February 22 on the fundamentals of mindfulness is facilitated by Chris George, a Certified Mindfulness and Compassion Facilitator from UCLA and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
At the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how your mind works AND practical mindfulness tools to increase your overall well-being.
Each session will include guided instruction, in-depth inquiry into mindfulness, guided reflections and meditations, group discussion, and provided ways to practice mindfulness in daily life.
