Just as with your insurance and investments, it's good practice to periodically review the investment you have in your outdoor environment and make a plan. Has your current contractor provided all that was promised? Landscaping is constantly growing in one form or another. When was the last time shrubs and plants were evaluated for proper maintenance, overgrowth or diseases? Maybe there's an area where shade hinders grass growth, a planting area that's in decline or groundcover has taken over an area. Maybe it's just time for a change or an upgrade in the landscape?

Things left unchecked can get more costly as the seasons click by and we all know that time flies! For example: a small "weed tree" in a planting bed (meaning anything that wasn't originally intended to be there) can be an easy fix and removal with proper, observant landscape maintenance. If left unchecked and unattended that small sapling can grow into a large tree within a few seasons, thus costing hundreds of dollars to remove and dispose of. Our field staff and management are trained to watch out for those invasive plants and to make sure they are dealt with properly or proposed removal for your consideration and budget.
