At KidStrong, we believe every kid deserves the tools to “win at life.” KidStrong is a science-based training program for children (walking through age 11) that builds confidence, character, strength, and mental resilience — all through fun, age-appropriate games and challenges.
 
Each week, kids participate in 45-minute classes led by certified coaches that focus on three core pillars: Strong Body, Strong Mind, Strong Character.  That means physical skills like agility, strength, and coordination are developed side-by-side with social skills such as teamwork, confidence, and emotional awareness.
 
Our goal is to give children a strong foundation — not just athletically, but mentally and emotionally — so they can thrive whether on the playground, in the classroom, or beyond.
 
We’re excited to open on December 15th. We can’t wait to welcome families, help kids build confidence, and watch them grow into their strongest, most capable selves.
