Feedback Survey: Setting Priorities for Township High School District 211
Township High School District 211 (D211) is committed to serving the educational needs of the community and inspiring all students to successfully contribute to the world by providing extraordinary opportunities, innovative teaching, and exceptional learning. To help us achieve this goal, we are asking you to complete a survey to share your thoughts on areas the District should prioritize over the next five years. Your responses will inform the development of the District’s next strategic plan.
The survey will ask for your feedback on seven key focus areas for the District as well as what the District should start, stop, or continue prioritizing moving forward. Students, parents, community members, and D211 employees are encouraged to participate and all responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.
Please note your survey responses will not be recorded until the submit button is clicked. Each stakeholder only needs to complete one survey.
