FatRosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar — a Chicago-born Mexican restaurant concept founded in 2015 — is opening its first location outside of Illinois this Marchin Orlando, Florida. After growing steadily across Chicagoland, including locations in Oak Brook, Frankfort, Naperville, Schaumburg, and beyond, the expansion marks an exciting milestone for the local brand as it brings its scratch-made menu and celebratory dining experience to a new market.
