Join Access to Care as we celebrate more than 38 years of providing  affordable health care access to uninsured residents of Cook County. The  luncheon will feature keynote speaker Dr. Abel Kho, internist, professor and  nationally recognized leader in population health, who will discuss how  collaborative data and innovation are strengthening community-based health  care.
