2nd Annual Village of Schaumburg Business Bike Champions

The results are in from Village of Schaumburg’s 2nd Annual Business Bike Classic which took place from September 1-30, and Village of Schaumburg is pleased to announce that Zurich North America’s Classic Cycling team (pictured) which included Adrian Zalewski, Sam Goodman, Tim Adams, and Nate Solomon won the traveling trophy and prize packages. Teams from Technology & Manufacturing Association, Zurich North America, Village of Schaumburg, and MV Transportation, Inc. rounded out the Top 5.
This year’s 76 participants on 19 teams representing 8 Schaumburg businesses and organizations collectively cycled 23,558 miles over the course of the competition. Businesses/Organizations fielding teams included 520 Machinery Sales, MV Transportation, Inc., Nova Fire Protection Inc., Paylocity, Rittal North America LLC, Technology & Manufacturing Association, Village of Schaumburg, and Zurich North America.
The Top 5 teams won prize packages as did 3 additional teams through raffle drawings. $4,000 in prize sponsorships were provided by Top Golf, Francesca’s Restaurant Group, Phat Phat, Seasons 52, Ala Carte Entertainment, Napoli Per Tutti, Menchie’s Schaumburg Town Square, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Riccardo’s Ristorante, Green Joe Coffee, Maggiano’s, Kuma’s Corner, LA Tan, Color Me Mine, El Mero Mero, Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store, Village of Schaumburg, Schaumburg Park District, and Crank Revolution Bike Shop.
