Expo Policies
- Booths must remain open until close of EXPO at 7:00 pm
- Booth reservations are non-refundable
- Booth spaces may not be reassigned or transferred
- Shared booths are not permitted without special permission
- Applicable taxes must be collected on all vendor sales
- Exhibitors may be subject to other reasonable rules and regulations established by the Schaumburg Business Asssociation and/or Village of Schaumburg
- Exhibitors will defend, indemnify and hold the Schaumburg Business Association harmless from any claims arising from the actions or omissions of Exhibitor, its employees, agents, or guests during the EXPO
